The master plan for the Dubai Gand Polo Club and Resort is designed to create a unique equestrian experience that is unparalleled anywhere in the world. While polo serves as the primary focus, the plan also incorporates high-quality jumping arenas, dressage facilities, and a magnificent riding school catering to local residents and families.

This expansive equestrian project features three polo fields, three jumping arenas, paddocks, a vareo track, and more, all strategically placed to enhance the experience of both equestrians and spectators. Surrounding these facilities are premium single-family homes, carefully positioned to provide residents with stunning views of the equestrian activities without obstructing sightlines with large buildings. 

Central to our strategy is the preservation of the “green core” of the Grand Polo Club and Resort. We aimed to minimize architectural impact wherever possible, opting for designs that blend seamlessly with the landscape. By using landscape berms and expansive lawns, we created a harmonious environment that emphasizes the beauty of the club. 

Every residence surrounding the equestrian zone is guided by this unobstructed green core, forming a lush, vibrant canvas for an exceptional equestrian lifestyle. This commitment to green space not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also promotes a sense of community and connection to nature, making the Dubai Gand Polo Club and Resort a truly unique destination for equestrian enthusiasts and their families.
