Located in the new city of Puertos del Lago - Escobar, the Rhodium Vista building is placed on the shores of the central lake, with exceptional views.

 

The building complex is divided into four sections and it adapts to the diagonal lines of the land and it is protected towards the views. The building has a ground floor that achieves a great relationship with its surroundings and reinforces the pedestrian proposal of the urbanization. The development has an accessible garden terrace, where the swimming pool is located, as well as a pergola with grills and an elevated park with living spaces and phenomenal views. The 24 high-quality apartments that make up the complex are divided into three floor plan typologies, ranging from 65 to 110 square meters in area. Every single apartment has views of the central lake. 

 

The materials chosen for the exterior finishes of the building were exposed concrete and wood.
