This project is located in the new center of Nordelta, a large-scale private community in the suburbs of the city of Buenos Aires, facing the central park and the main lake. Conceived as one of Argentina’s most exclusive developments, the building seeks to redefine residential standards through superior spatial quality, privacy and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape.

The project adopts an L-shaped configuration that embraces the open views and adapts to the gentle curves of the site. Its terraced volumetry creates expansive private terraces, giving each residence the qualities of a house: generous outdoor spaces, panoramic water views and floor-to-ceiling glazing. The morphology also generates a large green area that enhances privacy while integrating the building into the urban fabric of the new center.

The development comprises 65 residences across 29 typologies, ranging from approximately 2,580 to 15,070 square feet (240 to 1,400 square meters), all with private elevator landings. Amenities include a multipurpose room, kids’ area, spa, gym, semi-Olympic indoor pool, rooftop outdoor pool and barbecue area, as well as underground parking and storage. Built in reinforced concrete, the exterior combines exposed concrete and wood, expressing a contemporary and timeless architectural character.
